Carpet and Flooring Concepts recently supplied carpets to our offices in Dun Laoghaire, we found them professional to deal with and the fitting work is excellent.

I have just had new wooden flooring installed through much of my 100-year-old house, including three flights of stairs. Mark was the only one I approached who recognised the problems of old houses. He went to considerable trouble to find cost-effective solutions,  and ones which also met my aesthetic desires and budget. His fitters were excellent and I am mightily pleased with the result. The stairs are especially good.

When we set out to choose flooring for our new home we intended to look at a number of different providers and make our choice based on most likely to offer the best service and highest quality product. Carpet and Flooring Concepts was first on our list and once we met Mark and discussed the range of product offerings we decided not to look any further. Mark was not just knowledgeable and professional he also gave us space to think and debate and weigh up our options. Once we made our decision his communication to us was excellent and he set our expectations on timing and delivered to these expectations, which does not always happen in business!
